The Rio Celebrates 38 Years in Fort Collins, Colorado
When we first came up with the Rio the goal was simple--create a great place to work, share good times and serve up the best Tex-Mex food and margaritas around,
Said Pat McGaughran, founder and owner of The Rio in a press release.
Since opening the doors to The Rio Grande at 143 West Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins, the restaurant has expanded to other parts of Colorado with locations in Boulder, Denver, Greeley, and Lone Tree. The food is delicious and the margaritas are always Instagram-worthy too.
