The First Big Snow Storm of the Season is On the Way
So far, we have only had a dusting of snow this season. That is all about to change starting late Saturday night. Currently, the anticipated snow accumulation for Saturday night is one inch.
Traffic jam caused by heavy snowfall
Saturday night kicks off a stretch of days where we could see up to a foot of total accumulation in Northern Colorado. On Sunday, we are expected to get two to six inches of snow throughout the course of the day. Monday, we could see less than one inch of accumulation before even more snow comes to the state. Tuesday's expected accumulation appears to be one to three inches in the forecast during the day with a bit more snow during the evening. For those of you who wished for snow, your wish is coming true.
