This Northern Colorado tradition is shifting from its normal summer weekend to September 26th and 27th, 2026.

Taste of Fort Collins will continue to spotlight local restaurants, artisans, and live entertainment. The event will still take place at Washington Park in Downtown Fort Collins.

Gourmet Food Trucks and Local Drinks at Taste of Fort Collins

Attendees will be able to check out various gourmet food trucks, along with local breweries, distilleries and wineries. There will be something for everyone!
