2008 Windsor Tornado

I will never forget what that day was like 9 years ago today and neither will anyone else who was around Windsor and all of Northern Colorado that day. It was on this date, May 22, 2008 that a huge tornado ripped through our town of Windsor.

It is hard to believe it has been seven years since that terrifying day. May 22, 2008 will forever live in the minds of Windsor residents. We can remember the sky turning black and starting to churn like we had never seen before.

We all remember this day, May 22. It was on this date 6 years ago that the town of Windsor was hit by a huge tornado. I remember being at a Greeley Stampede luncheon and hearing of the wicked weather approaching.
