Where To Find Fresh, Delicious Sushi In Northern Colorado
If I'm being honest, sushi has never been my thing. Maybe it's because I grew up poor, or maybe it's because I just think raw food is awful.
But my 8-year-old daughter loves sushi. In fact, any time we go to the gas station, she skips the candy and chips and heads straight to the refrigerated section. Yes, I buy my child eats gas station sushi at least once a week.
But let's forget about gas station cuisine for a second. Where in Northern Colorado can I find the best sushi?
Jeju Restaurant
This Old Town Fort Collins favorite has been around for over 20 years. I've never actually been to Jeju, but I've walked past it a million times, and there's always a crowd, so obviously they're doing something right.
Jeju Restaurant offers more than raw fish; you can also try ramen, bento boxes, and more Korean-style meals. I feel like I'll be safe with noodles.
Kobe Sushi
A long-standing Loveland staple, if you're looking for something unique, this is the place for you. Kobe is more than just raw fish rolls; they also have specialty options like the Loveland Roll, the Rocky Mountain Roll, and plenty of fried options. Score.
You can find Koebe Sushi off of Fall River Drive in Loveland.
Sushi One
Word on the street is that Sushi One in Greeley is the place to go for exotic fare. But maybe you aren't really into exotic. Maybe you're a little simpler in your eating habits. Sushi One also offers food for the less adventurous, like noodles and fried rice.
Hungry just reading this? You can find Sushi One in Greeley, off of W 10th Street.
