If the local county officials aren't going to enforce the rules, then it looks like the state WILL step in and issue some cease and desist orders and possibly suspend business licenses.

According to the Greeley Tribune,  a number of Weld County restaurants have ignored a bunch of warnings and threats and continued to stay open for indoor dining despite rising Covid numbers. One restaurant the Bulldog Pub and Grub in Greeley has already had their liquor license suspended and more of that could be coming to more local restaurants in the very near future if things don't change.

Brandon Bird, the owner of Bulldog has taken out a GoFundMe page to create a legal defense and employee fund. On November 24th, investigators conducted 17 more checks in Weld County and 10 re-checks from the day before and out of those...6 were NOT complying with health orders, 3 immediately complied, 2 others called back and said they would and one lone wolf continued to defy the orders.

That ONE spot that is standing firm in their stance is the Bulldog Pub and Grub where owner Brandon Bird's GoFundMe page has already generated $8000 with 130 donors as of Tuesday afternoon.
