Where there's Coach Bobo, they go-go.

Adam Prentice, Colorado State University's football fullback, is leaving the Rams to join his former coach Mike Bobo in South Carolina, according to The Coloradoan

He is the second CSU football player to make this move — the Rams' former starting quarterback Collin Hill announced his plans to transfer to South Carolina on Saturday (December 28).

The two will be playing for the University of South Carolina's Gamecocks, with Mike Bobo serving as their new offensive coordinator.

Bobo joined the South Carolina football staff after he was let go from his coaching position at CSU in December.

Prentice was considered one of the leaders of the Rams. At 6 feet, 235 pounds, the California native was a team captain as a junior. He was also CSU's nominee for the Allstate/AFCA Good Works Team in 2018.

During his three seasons with the Rams, he had 18 rushing attempts, 18 catches for 115 yards, and a touchdown.

Prentice announced his departure on Monday (December 30) on Instagram, stating that "after lots of prayer and conversations" he has decided to transfer to South Carolina.

His message was almost identical to Hill's, with both of the players excitedly looking forward to their future as Gamecocks.

Two offensive linemen, Nouredin Nouili and T.J. Storment, along with safety Caleb Blake, have also decided to transfer following Bobo's departure from CSU.

However, Prentice and Hill will be the only players heading to South Carolina next season.

CSU's new coach is Steve Addazio, who was formerly the head football coach at Boston College.
