Scenes From The BMW Championship in Castle Pines, Colorado
The PGA Tour Playoffs brought the BMW Championship to Colorado last week, drawing thousands of spectators to the scenic golf course in Castle Pines, where the top 50 players competed with their clubs for four exciting days.
This marks the second time the PGA Tour has stopped in Colorado since the International was contested in Castle Pines in 2006. At 8,130 yards this course is the longest in PGA Tour history, which added an extra challenge for those playing in the championship.
People traveled from all across the state to catch the action, including many famous Colorado faces. Major sports figures such as Peyton Manning, John Elway, Derek White, and Jack Nicklaus, who helped design the gorgeous course, were all spotted in the stands during the tournament.
