One of my favorite places in the world to go is none other than Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO. And I'm excited to report that slowly, but surely, the 2026 Film on the Rocks schedule has been coming out, and the list is a good one so far.

I've been lucky enough to see some incredible artists at Red Rocks Amphitheater, like Dolly Parton, Ray LaMontagne, Dierks Bentley, and many more, and I can honestly say I've never once been disappointed. Because even if the artist doesn't put on a good show, you just can't beat the world-famous Red Rocks venue.

For only $25 per person, you can take your family to see a movie in one of the most beautiful places in Colorado...and probably the entire world. But I'm biased.

Here's the list (so far) of films playing at the 2026 Films on the Rock event

  • The Princess Bride
  • Jurrasic Park
  • Sinners
  • There will be more titles rolled out in the next few weeks.

Movies start at dusk, around 8:30ish, and tickets sell fast. So you've got to lock them down before they're all gone. That means you might be in a crowd of around 8,000 people watching the sunset in Morrison.

Here's more info about the event

  • Tickets are priced at $25 per person, but you can also buy VIP seats for a bit more.
  • The entire Film on the Rocks series runs from June to October.
  • Not only will a ticket get you into the movie, but there will also be musicians, comics, and other entertainment before the movie starts.
  • You can buy snacks and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, during the event, but get this, you can also bring snacks from home. As a mom, this part is gold for my family.

Film on the Rocks at Red Rocks Amphitheater is more than just a movie night; it's an entire evening event in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
