I don't really know what is a busier time of year, when school is in full swing or as we start to swing into summer. Hearing about these dump meals may be a mother's gift from above.

So apparently someone has this dinner in a hurry down and organized and all put together.

I saw this on a friends social media page and thought I have to share this with you.

It's a simple trip to the grocery store, gather the ingredients, label some resealable bags and start adding your ingredients. It is broken down even more in opening your bags, whatever number you need up to 10 meals, I'd say otherwise you may get overwhelmed.

So once you have the bags labeled, open them up and fold the top over a bit so that they stand open for you. Fill with 3-5 boneless-skinless chicken breasts or about 8 boneless skinless thighs or even a mix-up of the two, put them at the bottom of your bag and then add the other ingredients.

If you are making 'lemon garlic chicken' you would want to add some garlic gloves, about 4 Tbs of olive oil, lemon juice (a couple splashes) and maybe some pepper and then seal the bag, letting out all of the air first and laying it flat in the freezer. You can use this method with many, if not most of your recipes.

Thaw them in the fridge the night before and then before you leave for work in the morning put them in the slow cooker for 4-6 hours, you can do the slower 6-8 hours, but with chicken I like to use the shorter cooking time. My slow cooker has a warming featuring it goes into once the cooking is done and the food is typically warm enough for dinner. Remember too that you can crank the heat back up when you get in while you make a salad or just sit down for two minutes before the night time chaos begins.
