Cauliflower, you see it on salad bars, on veggie trays at functions and holidays, but rarely do you see it anywhere else. Hopefully I can convince you to start eating this versatile veggie more often. These cauliflower bites are perfect football party food.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A head of cauliflower, butter, Franks Red Hot, red pepper flakes, salt and olive oil

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Core the cauliflower, here's an example:

After you have cleaned, cored and separated your cauliflower florets toss them in a bowl with some salt and olive oil, put on a cooking sheet and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until tender, but not mushy.  While they are cooking in a small sauce pan melt 1/2 a stick of butter with half a cup of Franks Red Hot and a tsp of red pepper flakes. Once the cauliflower is tender, remove from oven, and toss with the hot sauce. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, in a salad or on a bun with lettuce and tomato. (pretend its chicken-:P)

Enjoy!
