HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A pkg of tortillas (12 count, medium sized), 8 ounce package of four cheese Mexican blend cheese, half a pkg of cream cheese, small can of diced chilies, 1 packet of taco seasoning and 1 lb of ground beef. Butter or Butter cooking spray

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Brown and drain hamburger, mix in taco seasoning per packet instructions and set aside. Mix together in a medium bowl the cream cheese, 3/4 of the bag of cheese, and chilies. Warm the tortillas in the microwave (you can also wrap in foil and put in oven while it is warming up and you are cooking the beef and mixing the cheese) Start by putting a spoon of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla and top with a spoon of the taco meat. Fold the tortilla, fold the sides into each other and place seam down on a baking sheet. Butter all sides of the bundle and cook at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes, at five minutes flip them over. As soon as you pull them from the over put the rest of the cheese on them so it can melt.

*****Better for you choices would be to use wheat tortillas and buttered flavored cooking spray along with extra lean ground beef or ground turkey and lite cream cheese.
