Quizno’s Original Store in Denver is Available for Lease

The original location of Denver based sandwich shop, Quizno's, is listed on LoopNet. According to 9 News, the location at 1275 Grant St has been open for nearly 40 years.

A spokesperson says that the location's economics are unsustainable. Currently, the Quizno's location is operating at normal capacity. The leasing rate for the 1,532 square foot building is $35 per square foot per year. A monthly lease would be approximately $4,468 a month based on cost per square foot.
