Sometimes, even if you are doing well in your current position, you can be laid off due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control. However, in some cases, you might be able to get a warning about impending layoffs at your company in Colorado.

WARN stands for Worker Adjustment and Retaining Notification. This is a law that requires employers to provide employees experiencing employment loss with a 60-day notice before a layoff.

These WARN notices are considered public records and can be viewed in real-time. According to the WARN listings, there will be nearly 600 Colorado employees that will be affected within the next 60 days.
