Every week we like to highlight one pet that is ready for adoption in Northern Colorado.

NOCO Humane is such a great place to find the perfect pet that will fill your home with love, joy, and happiness. We have a puppy for this week's Townsquare NOCO Pet of the Week and we are excited to tell you all about Sheila.

Sheila's previous owner took her swimming at Horsetooth a lot. She would love to go for a swim with you.

Sheila especially loves to play fetch and loves treats and toys. Her favorite toy is anything that squeaks.

What to Consider When Adopting Sheila

Sheila is incredibly active and would require a lot of time and attention. Sheila is a smart girl who needs daily enrichment, both mental and physical.

NOCO Humane let us know that Sheila is a bit of an escape artist and will need a home with a tall fence. She should also be monitored when she is outside.

Sheila is so smart that at her previous home she would drag outdoor furniture to the fence and jump over it. She will need to be trained to not do that.

Sheila is fantastic with kids, great with other dogs, and an absolute blast to be around.
