Each week, we like to highlight an animal that is available for adoption right now at NOCO Humane. NOCO Humane is an amazing organization that is trying to connect Northern Colorado residents with new furry house members. I have personally adopted from NOCO Humane in the past year.  I had a great experience.

Here is this week's Townsquare NoCo Pet of the Week.

When focused, Norman is a great listener. Training seems like it would be a ton of fun with Norman since he is so smart. He knows the command sit and loves to play and participate in interactive activities.

NOCO Humane tells us that Norman is making phenomenal progress with his positive reinforcement training.

What to Consider Before Adopting Norman at NOCO Humane

As we mentioned before, Norman is incredibly intelligent. He will need some additional training from his adopter because he gets overly excited when he meets new people.

When Norman meets new people, he gets extremely excited and a bit jumpy.

NOCO Humane tells us he can be hyperactive. A home without small children is ideal. Plus, he can be a bit pushy with other dogs.
