In December of 2018, investigators reported finding more than 6,000 files of child pornography on a computer owned by Joshua Struna, 31.

Now, 9NEWS reported that Struna has been arrested again less than a year after his initial arrest for the alleged sexual assault of a child during the 10 months he spend out on bail.

Court documents related to the case report that the $300 bond Struna posted to be released from jail evidently didn't incentivize Struna to stop preying on children.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office started the online child pornography investigation in August 2018, arrested Struna that December, and charged him with Sexual Exploitation of Children (Class 3 Felony) and Sexual Exploitation of Children (Class 4 Felony).

However, in spite of the severity of the charges, the bond set by the judge was only $300, which Struna posted on December 21, 2018.

9NEWS also reported that while out on bond, court documents show Struna is charged with committing two counts of sexual assault of a child on June 28, 2019.

He has been arrested again, October 31, in Adams County.

Struna is now listed as an inmate at the Adams County Detention Facility since November 7, 2019.
