The Larimer County Sheriff's Office is asking for help from the public, as they attempt to locate a vehicle tied to an ongoing death investigation.

On May 20, just before 7 p.m., the Larimer County Sheriff's Office was notified that a woman had been pulled from the Big Thompson River, near mile marker 65 on Highway 34, east of Estes Park. Bystanders were performing CPR when deputies arrived, and medical personnel continued as they transported her to a local hospital. Sadly, the woman, now being identified as 20-year-old Mckenna Fowler, of Longmont, passed away the next day.

Following this incident, investigators have not been able to locate Fowler's vehicle — a 2014, charcoal grey Toyota RAV4 with a Colorado license plate of ABAQ33. The car was last seen on May 20, at approximately 5 p.m., in the area of Main Street and 11th Avenue in Longmont. A stock photo of what the vehicle looks like can be seen below. Anyone with information regarding this vehicle is asked to reach out to Investigator Steve Pastecki at 970-498-5177.
