Larimer County Sheriff’s Office Makes an Arrest in Co-Worker Assault Case
The Larimer County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man accused of assaulting a two co-workers with a gun.
According to a press release from the sheriff's office a 27-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a co-worker.
A 34-year-old Denver woman reported that a man she was working with on a tree clearing crew on Cherokee Park Road, struck her in the face with a piston and shot at her. Deputies investigated the incident, involving yet another victim reporting a similar situation.
Investigators working with the Boulder and Larimer County SWAT teams served an arrest warrant for 29-year-old Justin Pohlmann. He has been charged with 2 counts of Second Degree Assault, two counts of Felony Menacing and three counts of Reckless Endangerment. Pohlmann is being held at the Larimer County Jail.
