Krazy Karl's Pizza is temporarily closing its Campus West location after one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a Facebook post from the chain, the affected employee had contact with other staff members during a shift last week.

It is employee protocol to mask up and social distance; however, the restaurant will use the closure to clean the Campus West location until it can ensure that no other staff members have tested positive.

Depending on the employees' test results, the location hopes to reopen at 4 p.m. on Friday (Dec. 4).

If you can't wait until then to get your cream cheese pizza fix, don't worry. The Krazy Karl's Timberline location is remaining open and prepared to serve all of Fort Collins through deliveries and pick-up orders.

The restaurant noted that the affected employee is doing well and on the mend. In the words of Krazy Karl's: "be safe, be smart, eat pizza."
