I have been living in Johnstown for 10 years. Since moving into our home, there has been explosive growth in our little city. First came Scheels and all of the stores and restaurants in that area. Then Buc-ee's showed up, and the Ledge Rock Center appeared.

Having a bunch of new dining options come into Johnstown has been wonderful. This past weekend, my wife and I decided to try the new ramen and sushi restaurant located in the Ledge Rock Center.

Koi Ramen and Sushi has been highly anticipated in this location for months. As a lover of both ramen and sushi, I was excited to see this place open. When we finally got the chance, I was blown away.

Johnstown’s Ledge Rock Center Keeps Growing

As soon as you step inside Koi Ramen and Sushi, you're not really sure you are in the little town of Johnstown anymore. The decor, the bar, and the vibe transport you to another place, one that is bustling, full of good food, and a great time.

Koi Ramen and Sushi was packed with patrons wearing Broncos gear as the game against the Buffalo Bills just finished, and everyone wanted to go out and celebrate. We hung out for about 20 minutes before our table was ready and had looked over the menu.

Oh, did I mention that Koi Ramen and Sushi has an option for all you can eat? For $33.99 per adult, this is a great way to try a little bit of everything on the extensive ramen and sushi menu.

Our initial order was for four specialty rolls and four rounds of nigiri. Take a look at how amazing these sushi rolls look. They are simply works of art that you can eat.

The fish was fresh, the rolls were creative, and it was an excellent choice for date night. If you are craving sushi or ramen, I would highly suggest you check out Koi Ramen and Sushi to cure those cravings.
