I know that this article is going to annoy some people, but this has been on my mind for a long time. Why are people so quick to be angry about In-N-Out Burger in Colorado? Anytime the burger chain is referenced online comes with a laundry list of hate comments.

Most of the comments reference how the burger chain is based in California, the lack of interest in new business in Colorado, and how In-N-Out Burger is overrated.

Recent Trip to In-N-Out in Loveland

I recently had a work event and my girlfriend and I went to In-N-Out in Loveland afterwards. I have been to In-N-Out a few times over the years. My brother lived in California for a few years and whenever I would go to In-N-Out when I would see him.

I thought it was fine. I was not crazy about it, but I really enjoyed their burgers and their milkshakes.

I have to admit that the fries weren’t great. If you get them animal style, which adds In-N-Out’s secret sauce, cheese, and caramelized onion, it is quite tasty.

The In-N-Out in Loveland blew any previous experience out of the water. I do not know what they are doing over there, but the In-N-Out experience in Colorado is far superior to anything I tasted in the Golden State. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and memorable.

It has been a few weeks and I am still thinking about it.

Before You Get Angry, Try It

The purpose of this rant is because of the constant negativity I see about the restaurant chain. I simply do not understand why so many people are getting upset about In-N-Out opening new locations in Colorado.

When I went to In-N-Out’s Loveland location it was packed. Which is a good thing, right?

At the end of the day, it is just a fast-food restaurant chain.

There really isn't a lot on that basic menu you see when you walk in or hit the drive-thru at In-N-Out. You need to get "hip" to what you can order; it could mean the difference between "not caring," "liking," and "loving" the place.
