According to the Coloradoan, if you are planning on heading to Tour de Fat and the CSU football game this weekend there are some things you need to plan on when it comes to getting from Point A to Point B.

To avoid any traffic issues due to both events being heavily attended, patrons will be able to ride shuttle buses from the end of the Tour de Fat route to Hughes Stadium.

The transportation solution was spearheaded by Colorado State University who partnered with organizers from Tour de Fat. Shuttle buses will also be available immediately after the game to bring patrons from Hughes Stadium back to Old Town.

The Tour de Fat bicycle parade begins at 10 a.m. with events scheduled throughout the day. CSU's game versus Savannah State has a kickoff scheduled for 2 p.m. Buses to the stadium will leave Old Town between 1 - 3 p.m. across from St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Bicycles can be left at that location and locked up until 9 p.m. Saturday night.

Buses back to Old Town will start at the beginning of the fourth quarter and will continue for an hour after the game has ended.

You can still pre-register for the 2015 Tour de Fat on the New Belgium website if you would like to take in the family event this weekend.
