Gym Teacher Suspended For Twerking With Students

She teaches history and PE at a Middle School and has been suspended for twerking with her students.

As the Huffington Post reported, Courtney Spruill, who teaches history and PE at Kernan Middle School in Jacksonville was suspended for 15 days without pay on July 1.

The twerking tips allegedly occurred back in May at a party for the girls' soccer team that Spruill is the team coach of.

Witnesses at the party told School Board investigators that they saw the teacher drinking vodka and twerking on the players.

Investigators also reviewed a cellphone video of the teacher getting a lap dance from a student at the party.
