The Greeley Police Department has issued a press release notifying the Northern Colorado community of a suspect at large in a shooting event that took place on Monday, Mar. 28.

According to the release, the suspect, 42-year-old Paul Anthony Delgado Jr., is allegedly connected to an event that elicited several 911 calls reportedly being fired in an alley in Greeley.

Shortly after the calls came in around 8:51 a.m., officers arrived on scene to find two victims of the shooting. One victim, a 17-year-old male, was rushed to the hospital from the alley with a gunshot wound to the head.

The second victim was a 47-year-old male who authorities found and pronounced deceased at the scene in a car parked near the scene of the crime.

Since the investigation launched on Monday, investigators have been granted an arrest warrant for Delgado for 1st Degree Murder.

In the release, Greeley Police caution the public to not interact with Delgado if they see him. Because Delgado is still at large, authorities have released information about him and his vehicle. Delgado is suspected to be driving a 2012 dark blue Dodge Ram with the license plate 237-NWL.

Anyone who may see Delgado is encouraged to call 911 immediately.
