Colorado’s Lone Entry on the National List

The top 100 list is out, and only one Colorado building is among the ugliest buildings in the country. Grand Junction City Hall was named the 77th ugliest building in the entire nation.

Why Grand Junction City Hall Made the List (Sort Of)

Re/Max did not explain why, but this is what they found based on their survey. To be honest, I am somewhat baffled as to why Grand Junction City Hall was named one of the ugliest buildings in Colorado and the nation.

City Hall in Grand Junction is not necessarily unique or ugly in any way. The building has beige brick and large vertical windows. I am genuinely confused how it made the list.

Remember, This List Focuses on Public Buildings

It is a good reminder that this list is for public buildings. There are far more unique buildings in Colorado.
