Restaurants That The Rest Of Country Has That Northern Colorado Needs
As a lifelong native of Northern Colorado (I've never left because I'm afraid of change), I can say there are so many amazing restaurants. Some come only for a brief moment, and then they become a bank, and others seem to last forever.
But what about those national chains that haven't even looked our way? Normally I would just say "your loss," But this time I can't because we need a Cheesecake Factory so damn badly.
Let's take a look at a few restaurant chains that think they're too good for Northern Colorado.
The Cheesecake Factory
Why, dear God, do I have the palate of a twelve-year-old? I can't eat sushi because it's too slimy. I won't eat Indian food because I'm too old now and my digestive system would probably explode.
The most adventurous I'll get is the Asian Chicken Nachos on the CF menu. And then, anytime people brag about having the palate of a world traveler, I can totally jump in now because I ate a meal that's from two different continents at the famous Cheesecake Factory.
Jollibee
Frankly, I picked this one because of the name. So I jumped on Google to see what I was missing. And boy, was it a lot. It's a fast-food restaurant that can't be defined. You can get spaghetti, called Jolly Spaghetti, as well as a bucket of chicken and Asian fried rice.
This place is having an identity crisis, and I'm here for it.
White Castle
Because of the intense fear I have of traveling out of Northern Colorado, I have never been anywhere near a White Castle, and honestly, I'm pretty pissed off about it.
These are just some of the chain restaurants that need to open in Northern Colorado.
