Get Excited. Colorado’s New Toys R Us In Loveland Is Now Open

Colorado has waited, what feels like forever, for the return of Toys R Us. The first location in Northern Colorado is finally open and ready to bring you back to happier and simpler times.

New Toys R Us Location Is Now Open In Colorado

As a kid, there was nothing cooler than going to the toy store. I remember going to the old Westminster Mall and always bugging my dad to let my brother and I go to KB Toy Store. The store was packed full of amazing toys, it literally felt like they had too many toys for their tiny space. Insert this giant mega toy store that opened just across from the Westminster Mall in the early 90s, that had plenty of room and was just about every kids dream. The name of this childhood bliss? Toys R Us.

I can't recall if it was the first one to open in the state of Colorado, but it was certainly the first anywhere north of Denver.  Isles and isles of toys for all ages, it was magical. Sadly all Toys R Us stores in Colorado and around the country closed down in 2018. For the first time in my life, we were without a true toy store. We told you back in July that Toys R Us was making comeback in  a very unique way, and the first of many new locations around the country is now open in Colorado. Let's take a tour.

Every Macy's in the country will soon have a Toys R Us location open inside all of their locations, each varying in size, but it's just the start. Here's to hoping we get an actual independent location in the next couple of years. Welcome back, Toys R Us!
