This opens up a lot of questions for other reality television shows.

Getting wrapped up in a television show like the Bachelor takes up weeks of your life, right? You anxiously wait for a new episode each week for about 10 weeks. If you're like me, you have preconceived notions as to what it takes to put a show like this together.

My thought is that it's three months of filming.

As it turns out, I'm wrong. According to Insider, Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants are expected to find love in two months. I thought three months was short, but two??

Arie Luyendyk Jr., the most recent Bachelor before the current Colton Underwood, filmed his season in nine weeks. This is from the first night stepping out of the limo to getting down on one knee. Are you starting to understand why these couples don't have a high success rate?

You're not alone.

Most couples take two to three years to solidify their love with an engagement. Of course, every couple is different and I believe in the "when you know you know" mentality. Heck, it's love. It's unpredictable and hard to understand sometimes.

One of the most successful couples to come off of the show (i.e. they're actually still together) has got to be Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici. Not only are they still married, but they have a son. Want to know how long Sean Lowe's season filmed for?

Six weeks.
