Eric Church Launches Charity

Eric Church and his wife Katherine have announced the launch of their charity, Chief Cares.

The charity is being administered by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a 501c3 non-profit that serves over 2.5 million people. Chief Cares has already assisted a Nepalese orphanage in getting beds and clothing and offering schooling for area children, delivered aid in Haiti and helped the Humane Society fund operations at their no-kill animal shelters.

The charitable country star recently raised over $112,000 for MusiCares at his third annual ‘Put a Club in My Hand’ golf tournament.
