It's located in Centennial, Colorado, just across from the Park Meadow's Mall near IKEA. You could really make a whole day out of this if planned right.

My son is five and is just starting to get into all of the magic that Dr. Seuss has written and created over the years so he's extremely excited to go down and get in on the fun. According to an article by 9News, this extremely "immersive and multisensory" experience will take you through nine different Dr. Seuss stories. Stories include the classic books The Cat in the Hat, Lorax, the Grich Who Stole Christmas, and more.
