Another Longtime Colorado Brewery Is Closing
Sadly, many craft breweries in Colorado have closed over the past few years, and we have another one to tell you about. Chances are, if you have taken a trip into the mountains and stopped in the town of Dillon for lunch or a bite to eat, you might have heard of this craft brewery, as it has been in operation for more than 50 years.

Dillon is a fun mountain town with great vibes, and there isn't a better place to grab a cold Colorado-made beer than at Pug Ryan's Brewing Company. On Thursday, March 19, Pug Ryan's Brewing Company took to Facebook to let fans know that the craft brewery will be closing after 51 great years.
What began as a simple dream grew into a place filled with laughter, stories, friendships, and unforgettable memories. For more than five decades, you—our loyal guests, dedicated staff, and supportive community—have been the heart and soul of everything we’ve done.
Said the Facebook post.

As Pug Ryan's Brewing Company prepares to close its doors, the brewery invites everyone to join them in the final weeks to raise a glass, reminisce, and celebrate the legacy known as Pug Ryan's. The final day of operation for Pug Ryan's Brewing Company will be on April 5, 2026.
