Denver’s Largest Cultural Festival Is Back This Weekend
COVID-19 can't keep this party away - not this year.
Following a complete cancellation in 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns and a makeshift drive-thru event in 2021, the Denver Greek Festival is finally back in full force this weekend.
Returning for its 55th season, the 2022 Denver Greek Festival will be going on all weekend - from Friday, June 17 through Sunday, June 19. on the grounds of the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, located along East Alameda Ave. and Leetsdale Dr. in Denver.

The Denver Greek Festival is a family-friendly event with countless offerings for the entire group, no matter what age.
From indulging in authentic, traditional Greek food, to being given the opportunity to immerse yourself in the sounds of live Greek music and traditional dance entertainment, join in on an informative church tour, and more, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
In regards to this weekend's festivities, event organizers told 9News there will be live Greek music throughout the festival, as well as youth and adult dance performances on all three days. The Assumption Cathedral Choir will perform Hymns of the Orthodox Church and other Christian Music on both Saturday and Sunday in the Cathedral.
A boutique at this weekend's festival will also be open, featuring Greek art, paintings, sculptures, and amazing jewelry straight from Greece - and all available for purchase.
Purchasing Tickets for the Denver Greek Festival: Please note that the 55th Annual Denver Greek Festival is not a free event; Denver Greek Festival admission is $5 for an all-day pass, $3 for seniors and children under 12 are free.
