The Denver Post recently announced that their newsroom would be cutting back on staff members, getting rid of 30 employees overall. But after a pretty significant error was accidentally printed and published on the front page of Friday's Life & Culture section, readers were left wondering if maybe they’ve fired too many great journalists.

In celebration of the Rockies home opener on April 6, the Denver Post meant to publish a picture of Colorado's stadium along with the story "The Ultimate Visitors Guide to Coors Field." However, when readers and fans saw the front page that had been published, they were quick to point out that the photo wasn't actually an image of Coors Field in Denver, but rather of Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies. Oops! The Post later admitted to their mistake on social media, and apologized to readers with a beautiful photo of the real Coors Field.
