Colorado State University is on the hunt for two new top administrators.

The university will start the search for a provost and executive vice president, and a vice president for external relations in January, according to The Denver Channel.

The positions were either vacated or scheduled to be vacated by the end of 2019.

CSU President Joyce McConnell released a statement on the search, saying that she hopes to have the positions filled by the end of 2020's spring semester.

Greenwood-Asher Associates Inc., a national executive search firm, has been hired to help with the process.

It was announced in November that Rick Miranda, the previous provost and executive vice president, would be leaving the university.

Miranda had held the position, for which he earned an annual salary of over $380,000, since 2010.

Tom Milligan, the former vice president for external relations, resigned in December 2018. The position, which paid over $250,000 annually, has been vacant since then.

This will be the second year of big administrative changes for the CSU community, who said goodbye to longtime President Dr. Tony Frank (and his famous beard) in July of this year.

Here's to a bright future, Rams.
