CSU Just Made a New Commercial That Appears to Break The Rules – What Do You Think Of It? [POLL/VIDEO]

Colorado State University has made a new commercial for the school.  It shows a student riding a bike through campus, which at first glance looks like he is breaking the rules. I even have a picture showing it is clearly a dismount zone. However, a couple people pointed out to me that  It's not a dismount zone before 7:30am and after 5:00pm. It's still a little ironic.

In the commercial, the student is followed by magic dust filled with facts and figures and the message "Find Your Inspiration". Watch the YouTube video and tell us what you think of it.  There is a poll below the video.
