The CSU men's basketball team has had a really nice year and we here at Townsquare Media, your official home for CSU Sports couldn't be more proud and can't wait for the postseason to begin.

The Rams made an appearance as high as #22 in the country earlier this season, fell out but now have returned to the top 25 rankings ahead of the Mountain West tournament where they'll take on Utah State tonight at 7pm in Las Vegas.

The Rams swept the regular season matchups but the postseason is a fresh start for everyone and this should be a really good matchup featuring two solid teams.

After having such a great year, the Rams are looking for a return to the NCAA tournament but the big question is...how many teams will the NCAA take from the Mountain West Conference.

The conference champion will get the automatic bid while it's unlikely they'll swipe up two teams from the Mountain West so winning this tournament seems to be pretty vital in securing the Rams' first NCAA tournament bid since 2013.

If you can't make it to Las Vegas,  you can catch the game on TV on these channels...

  • Comcast/Xfinity: 412 (846 for HD)
  • DirecTV: 221
  • Dish Network: 158
  • Fort Collins Connexion: 70
  • Online stream: CBSSports.com/CBS-Sports-Network/

You can always turn down the volume on the TV and crank up the sounds of CSU Basketball on our sister station Power 102.9 with Brian Roth and Adam Nigon calling all of the action.

Go Rams!
