New, Healthy Fast-Casual Spot In Old Town Needs to Be on Your List
The food options in the Old Town area of Downtown Fort Collins keep growing, as Crisp & Green now has another location on Mountain.
Mountain Avenue, east of College in Old Town Fort Collins, has been seeing new businesses coming in, including this new stop for fresh salads and grain bowls. Just south of the hustle-bustle of Old Town Square, it's a great spot to dine and relax.
It was just a couple of years ago that the area to the east of the parking structure on Mountain, and west of Mathews, was just sitting there as the former auto repair shop:
Here we are today, with a great new location for Crisp & Green. The local owners opened their first location off of Harmony and Lady Moon (by DC Oakes) in the late summer of 2022, and now have this second shop. It's almost fitting that the second Crisp & Green location in Fort Collins is right across from Mountain Avenue Market, as both promote healthy living.

Healthy and fast-casual is what you'll find at Crisp & Green. Their chef-created signature salads, along with grain bowls are very good and made from scratch.
They are really into fitness at Crisp & Green, so they'll be hosting fitness (yoga) classes at least once a month, especially when the weather warms up to have the classes out in front of the shop. Inside the shop, however, I found it bright and engaging.

When I stopped in I had one of their signature salads, and it was great. Everything portioned just right, and the dressing was on point.
