For the first time since the reintroduction of wolves to the state of Colorado, we are catching a glimpse of three wolf pups. The video was posted by Colorado Parks and Wildlife on Monday afternoon showing three wolf pups playing near a puddle on an unpaved road.

The three wolf pups are approximately 40 to 50 pounds and are part of the Copper Creek wolfpack. Colorado Parks and Wildlife received the video from Mike Usalavage and wolf biologists have reviewed the video and confirmed it is indeed authentic.

The reintroduction of wolves in the state of Colorado has been quite a polarizing topic in recent months. Some argue that wolves will help with the overall ecosystem in the state of Colorado while others say it will hurt Colorado's livestock industry in the Rocky Mountains.
