Ranking 15th, Colorado has a total score of 57.37, with 67.60 being the best overall rating. This rating is based on factors such as family fun, health and safety, education and childcare, affordability, and socioeconomics.

Colorado did not rank in first place in any of these categories, but it did rank in the top 10 in the family fun and affordability indexes.
