Why Colorado Ranks So High
According to Mental Floss, Colorado ranks as one of the most dangerous states in the nation around the holidays. Why? Well, it's not because of a car accident or excessive drinking rates.
Colorado ranks fourth on Mental Floss's list due to an unusually high number of injury-related Google searches. These searches could include what to do if you fall on the ice, how to stop the bleeding from cutting yourself with a knife, and many other searches that people seem to do when they injure themselves during the holiday season.
