Closures and Cancellations for Friday, May 19, 2017

There is a Winter Storm Warning until noon today for Larimer County below 6,000 feet, including Fort Collins and Loveland. Another 1 to 3 inches of new snow is possible today. There are a few closures of note for today and for this weekend:

SCHOOLS

• College America in Fort Collins is Closed
• Estes Park Schools are Closed
• Ridgeview Classical School is Closed Today
• Weld RE-1 - Gilcrest, LaSalle, and Platteville Closed Today

Other Closures and Cancellations

• The Insane Inflatable 5k has been postponed. Stay tuned to K99 for the latest information!
• The Charlie Daniels concert at the Colorado Energy Festival has been moved into the Livestock Building at Island Grove Park due to inclement weather!
• City of Fort Collins Parks and Recreation Departments announce the cancellation of Kites in the Park, originally scheduled for this Sunday, May 21 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Spring Canyon Community Park. There are no plans to reschedule the event.
• Town of Estes Park Offices Closed Today
• The 2017 Old Town Car Show in Downtown Fort Collins has been Cancelled
• The McKee Classic Bike Tour - The 10 and 30 mile rides will still happen on Sunday. The other routes will not go due to course safe
• Colorado High School State Baseball in Denver postponed to Sunday and Monday.
