Your 2022 Stanley Cup champions, the Colorado Avalanche, are gearing up for a new season back on the ice.
The National Hockey League (NHL) announced its 2022-23 regular season schedule earlier this month (July 6), with the Colorado Avalanche set to kick off their upcoming season on Wednesday, Oct. 12 in a game against the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Avs are also set to raise their coveted 2022 Stanley Cup championship banner on opening night, prior to the game against the Blackhawks at Ball Arena.
