The United States Census has just released Colorado's 2018 Population Estimates which totaled in a huge 5,695,564.

On average, Colorado grows with an extra 70,000 people each year — about 67,000 moved here in 2019.

We're expecting to reach 5.8 million by the end 2020..... As if the Interstate isn't already crowded enough!

Something I found a little concerning was that the total housing units 2,352,202. That would explain all the new homes, condos and apartments popping up around town.

Colorado’s population growth is expected to slow down in 2030, 2040 and 2050, according to Fox31.

The most recent Census data estimated 350,518 living in Larimer County and 314,305 in Weld County.
