Denver Cocktail Bar Earns Prestigious Global Honor

I am a sucker for a good cocktail bar with great drinks when I go on vacation. A couple of years ago, we went to Barcelona and visited the number-one-rated bar in the world by The World's 50 Best.

Ranked number one in 2022, Paradiso is a speakeasy that serves memorable, Instagram-worthy cocktails. This bar is also on a list of prestigious bars across the globe, which is much like the Michelin Guide, but geared towards cocktail bars.

There are 192 bars on the list, and one of them is located right here in Colorado. The Mile High City bar, ranking with world-class bars in Milan, Italy, Barcelona, Spain, Hong Kong, China, and New York City, would be an excellent choice for a special occasion.

Call Me Pearl Lands on The Pinnacle Guide

The Pinnacle Guide ranks these outstanding bas on front of the house, drinks program, venue look and feel, staff management, operations, and Community. Opening in November of 2023, the newly pinned bar located at 1600 20th Street in Downtown Denver is serving up drinks that you wouldn't find anywhere else.

Call Me Pearl has earned its first pin from the Pinnacle Guide, featuring areas of excellence in design, staff wellbeing, behind the scenes, and community.

You may think that earning an award, such as a pin from the Pinnacle Guide, would mean the drink prices may be out of your price range. That is where you are wrong. Pricing for the drinks is very reasonable, starting at $12 for N/A cocktails and climbing to $16 for the two most expensive drinks on the list.

The Silk and Serenity - Vesper

Made with Roku gin, Haku vodka, Yokaichi shochu, Lofi blanc, Sencha green tea, honey, and toasted rice wash.

The Black Pearl - Rum Negroni

Diplomatico rum, sweet vermouth, Averna amaro, tiki bitters, and chocolate bitters.
