Broadway’s ‘Hamilton’ Coming to Denver
Hamilton has been taking Broadway audiences by storm, and it's close to impossible to get a ticket to the popular musical.
Your chance to see the national tour of the Broadway musical Hamilton is coming up at the Buell Theatre as part of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts' Broadway subscription series.
The best way to guarantee tickets would be to purchase a 2016-17 Broadway subscription package. That package features the pre-Broadway debut of Frozen, The Phantom of the Opera, Roundabout Theatre Company's Cabaret, An Act of God, Finding Neverland, Fun Home, An American in Paris and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. You can find subscriptions at DenverCenter.org. Some of the subscriptions start for $410.00/or eight payments of $51.25.
Not familiar with Hamilton? The book, music, and lyrics were written by Lin-Manuel Miranda and tells the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway, which keeps you engaged as you learn more about George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War.
Hamilton will run Feb. 27th - April 1, 2018, and more information on individual ticket sales is forthcoming.
