Tonight is the big night for college football fans. It's national championship time! The Auburn Tigers and the Oregon Ducks will battle tonight, you have family or friends coming for the game and you need help with a quick easy tasty meal. I am here to help you. Here is the recipe for my famous BCS sandwiches.

Bacon Cheese Sandwiches have been a family favorite of ours for years and you will love them too. All you need is a pound of hamburger, a can of tomato soup, a little bit of chopped onion, 8 strips of cooked bacon, some hamburger buns and some cubed Velveeta. First brown the hamburger and onion together and drain. Add can of tomato soup and the bacon and mix it all together. Now the important part, take that meat mixture and chill it, put it in the fridge or outside if you are in a bear free and hungry college student free area and feel safe that it won't be stolen. You need to chill it because you don't want the Velveeta to melt when you mix it all together. When the meat has cooled, add the cubed Velveeta. Take the buns and lay them open face on a cookie sheet. Scoop a good spoonful on each of the buns and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. The cubed cheese end up being like little cheesy presents for your taste buds. If your crew is hungry as an Auburn Tiger, make a batch of these and watch them fly off the plates faster than an Oregon Duck. Enjoy!
