Breast Thermography in Northern Colorado—Paul Interviews an Expert [VIDEO]
I'd been hearing about thermography since we started our all pink October.
It didn't take much exposure to mammograms and the Internet until I started running into posts and articles about its possible dangers.
For a list from the National Cancer Institute of risks of mammograms, click here.
It's starting to sound like one of those procedures that could and should be replaced by other detection methods.
Especially when you listen to my interview with Tirza Derflinger. She is the founder of the Thermogram Center and the author of Better Breast Health for Life. She believes that thermograms are safer, more effective and should be paired with education about how we need to take care of ourselves.
I ask her the most important questions I could think of in light of the recent announcement by the American Cancer Society that women wait longer to start breast cancer detection by mammography.
If you have any more questions, let me know and I'll do what I can to have them answered.
