Bidding ends this Thursday, April 30 on these two autographed guitars from Eric Church and Gary Allan. All proceeds benefit the Honor Flight Northern Colorado Endurance Ride in June.

As many of you know, Honor Flight Northern Colorado.is an organization close to my heart. If it weren't, I wouldn't be trying one of the most difficult motorcycle endurance rides there is; 10,000 miles in just 240 hours, officially known as the 10/10ths Iron Butt Ride.

Although I made the attempt last year, I was 136 miles short when my time expired so I couldn't get the ride certified through the Iron Butt Association. The ride was wildly successful in that those who sponsored miles helped raise $35,000 for our local Honor Flight hub which paid the way for 35 veterans to board an Honor Flight out of Denver to Washington D.C. to go see their memorials and monuments built in their honor.

This ride was much harder than I had ever anticipated but since I didn't set out and do what I said I would do, I am going to give it one more try this June but my goal this year is to raise $50,000 on this final attempt.

So, as a way of helping raise money, my boss Justin Tyler, gave me two signed guitars to auction with all the proceeds going to Honor Flight Northern Colorado. The Gary Allan signed guitar is currently at $1300 and the Eric Church. signed guitar is at $900 and the bidding closes at 11:59 p.m. this Thursday, April 30 if want to get in on the action.

To submit your bid, just send me an email (charley@k99.com) and tell me what your bid is, what guitar you are bidding on and make sure to include your cellphone number. I will post all the bids on the Honor Flight Northern Colorado Endurance Ride Facebook page each time a new bid comes in. If you don't do Facebook, I will email you if you get outbid, giving you a chance to make another bid.
