An Honest Review of Denver’s Newest Country Bar
I've been to my fair share of country bars over the pas few years.
For my 25th birthday, some friends and I actually went out to Nashville to celebrate. There is nothing quite like reaching a quarter of a century on the rooftop of a country bar in Music City.

Even if you've never made a trip out to Tennessee to check out the bar scene, you probably can get the idea for what you'd find there.
Line dancing, live music, and a cowboy hat or two.
Inside Belles & Boots: Denver’s Newest Country Bar

One bar in downtown Denver just opened up its doors to the public and is offering its own little slice of Nashville to customers.
I made a trip out to Denver in May to visit a friend who worked in the city. It had been a year or so since we last got together. Since I had never been to Denver before, my friend wanted to show me all of the cool things that the Mile High City had to offer.
Where Is Belles & Boots Located in Denver?
One of the must see places on her itinerary for my visit was a stop at a new country bar and restaurant.
Located not too far from Coors Field, at 1930 Blake Street is Belles & Boots, one of the newest additions to the Denver night scene.
Described on their website as "a high-energy country bar and restaurant, where BBQ takes center stage, offering a culinary experience that highlights the rich flavors of locally sourced meats."
Belles & Boots opened in early April and has been drawing in more country music fans every single day.
This Denver Country Bar Nails the Neon Cowgirl Vibe
From the moment I walked into the bar I could tell that this was going to be a cool place. The décor for Belles & Boots was exactly my vibe.
While the business stuck pretty close to its western style inspiration, the team also leaned into this growing neon cowgirl aesthetic. Every few feet, there would be some sort of cute neon sign lighting up the wall.
Obviously this is perfect for anyone wanting to grab a quick photo for social media!

The drinks were at a reasonable price for a bar in Denver.
Belles & Boots offers all sorts of alcoholic drinks from a classic margarita to a dirty Shirley, there will definitely be something on the menu that you'll want to try. And if you're a fan of brews, they've got a "curated list of local craft brews, offering everything from light pilsners to bold IPAs."
While you might head out to this spot for food and booze, you're going to stay for the live music, line dancing, and rooftop bar.
I'm no pro when it comes to dancing at a bar which is why I was so happy that Belles & Boots had a fantastic member of their team join us on the floor. She led the entire group of dancing people in some line dances.
After a few songs, everyone was getting a hang of the moves.
I took a little bit longer to nail the choreography.
Before my friend and I left, we had to check out the rooftop bar.
This rooftop bar captured the best parts of a quintessential Nashville honky tonk. Plus, there's a pretty cool view of downtown Denver from way up there!
You're going to have to make the drive out to Denver to see it for yourself!
Overall, I love the neon/country style of the new bar. Right in the heart of downtown Denver, this bar is the perfect pit stop after a tough Rockies game.
